This notice explains what we collect when you request early access on risksamurai.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your email address, role and country.
• Your optional answers: where you keep risks today and any note you add.
• Your browser language and the page that referred you, if your browser sends it.
• A one-way hash of your IP address combined with the date, used only to stop automated sign-ups. We do not store the IP address itself.

Why we use it

To contact you about early access and, if you agree, a short interview about how you manage risk. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who processes it

The site and the waitlist run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Until early access ends or 24 months after you sign up, whichever is sooner — or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@risksamurai.com. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

The Risk Samurai app

This notice covers the website and waitlist only. Data you enter into the Risk Samurai application is covered by separate terms provided when you get access.
